Each session is 90 minutes. Special arrangements may be for clients with low tolerance.

Charge per session is on a sliding scale of $80-$120. I accept check or cash.  I now accept cards, with a request that you add the 3% charge to your payment. *See below for details on sliding scale.

Sessions for children are usually between 30-60 minutes, depending on child’s tolerance and reactions. Please bring your own toys. Charge is $60-$85 sliding scale.  Children below the age of one or adopted children below age three get one free wellness session.

Cancellation, Late arrival, no-show:

Life can be complicated and unexpected things happen.  Following are guidelines on my policies regarding schedule changes.hyla arborea ladybug

To avoid being charged for the session, please give 24 hours notice of cancellation. A message on my voice mail or an email is considered sufficient notice.

A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the session. Exceptions for illness, death in the family, etc., may be made on a case by case basis.

If you will be late to your session, please leave a message on my voice mail if at all possible, so that I know you are on your way and have not forgotten the appointment. The ringer is kept off in the office to avoid disturbing a session, but if you are more than five minutes late, I will check the voice mail. The session will end at the scheduled time even if you are late. If there are unavoidable and unforeseeable problems such as traffic etc., I will try to accommodate you, but it is not always possible with my client schedule. You will be charged for the full session.

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not call to cancel (“no show”), you will be charged the full fee for the session. You will be asked to pay for the missed session before the start of the next session.

*Sliding scale: I ask each client to determine the appropriate level for their income & life circumstances. I just ask people to pay as much as is comfortable so that I can continue providing services. For people with a variable income, it is acceptable to pay at different rates as income fluctuates. You can also drop down the scale if you need to come in more frequently, then go back up later.
